Delete Account

1. Open the Liftz app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile / Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account is deleted immediately — this cannot be undone.

If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address associated with your account and we'll delete it for you.

We aim to complete these requests within 7 days.

Deleting your account permanently removes, immediately and in full — nothing is retained afterward:

• Your profile (name, email, physical stats, preferences)
• All workout history, routines, and readiness/insights data
• Hunt activity, rankings, and reward history
• Your sign-in account (Google / Apple) associated with Liftz

Any active subscription is managed separately by the App Store or Google Play — cancel it there if you don't want it to renew, since deleting your Liftz account does not automatically cancel App Store/Play Store billing.
