Liftz

• Account information — name and email address provided via Google or Apple Sign In
• Fitness profile — age, gender, height, weight, fitness goals, and experience level you enter during onboarding
• Workout data — exercises, sets, reps, weights, and session history you log in the app
• Readiness inputs — daily energy, soreness, sleep, and mood scores you provide
• Subscription data — your subscription status and transaction identifiers, processed by Apple and RevenueCat. We never receive your full payment card details
• Usage & diagnostics — app interaction events and crash/diagnostic logs, used to improve reliability and fix bugs
• Device information — basic device type and OS version for app compatibility

• Generate personalised workout plans tailored to your goals and readiness
• Track your progress, personal records, and muscle recovery over time
• Manage your Liftz Pro subscription and entitlements
• Improve app performance and fix bugs
• Send optional push notifications (you can disable these at any time)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Your data is stored securely on our servers and protected with industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.

Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication (Google). We never store your Google or Apple passwords.

If you sign in with Apple, Apple may provide an anonymised relay email address. We use this only for account creation and communication.

Liftz may request access to Apple HealthKit to read activity and health data (steps, active energy). This data is used only within the app to enhance your experience and is never used for advertising, shared with, or sold to third parties.

We use trusted service providers to operate Liftz. They process data only on our behalf — never for their own advertising:

• Google Firebase — authentication, analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications
• RevenueCat — subscription management
• Apple — Sign in with Apple and in-app purchases

• Request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Opt out of any non-essential data collection

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app (Settings), or by contacting us at the email below.

Liftz is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
